Hi Everyone :-)

Well this morning I was 4lbs up :(  My body weight likes to bounce.  Alteast my bounce is the lowest its been this year.   I might or might not have my cycle beginning that could be the reason for the 4lbs.
I manged to drink 96 oz of water today; that has been my target I got close the last couple of days but today I hit my target.  I was told by a health practitioner that drinking that amount of water a day will help with my brain clearing up and lifting the meno-brain fog I have been experiencing.  I figured I would  give it a try!   I don't hear the fog horn as much LOL    Also this week I have started using kefir liquid for my probiotics; I add a Tbsp to my morning shake.

  1. I need to drink more water too. I have the best of intentions every day but never seem to get there. I do MUCH better when I drink more. My weight bounced up 3 pounds just two weeks ago but it's all evened out and I'm down this week. Don't let one week discourage you - keep on keeping on :)

  2. You'll get back down - up and down, up and down, that's the story for us women. :)

    Why only 1 Tbs. kefir? Are you adding it slowly to be sure your body handles it okay? We drink it by the cup. I try to get probiotics into myself in as many forms as possible...kefir, yogurt, naturally fermented pickles (Bubbies brand), naturally fermented saurkraut (no vinegar), kombucha, kimchi, sour cream...

    1. yes...didn't want to have a bad reaction at work :-) I think I am okay so I will increase it now.

  3. Yup up and down we go. I try to drink lots of water all day too. You'll be fine - just don't give up :-)

  4. I drink lots of water too - I can tell when I'm not getting enough. The pounds will come off - you can do it!!
